Our Dentists

  • Dr. Michael Kalbfleisch

    General Dentist

    Dr. Kalbfleisch joined SKH Dentistry in 1994 following his graduation from the University of Western Ontario. He offers a diverse range of services to his patients with an emphasis on restorative and cosmetic dental services.

    He has completed occlusal (bite) training with the Dawson Center in Florida, gingival grafting with Dr. P. Allen in Texas and cosmetic/aesthetic training with Dr. Cranham in Virginia.

    Dr. Kalbfleisch is a lifelong resident of Waterloo.

  • Dr. Blair Haley

    General Dentist

    Dr. Haley has been a partner at SKH Dentistry since 1998 where he treats provides restorative, cosmetic, and general dental services for his patients.

    He has undergone dental implant training with Dr. Ken Hebel and Dr. Carl Misch, occlusal training, completing the Dawson Academy curriculum, periodontal surgery training with Dr. P. Allen and aesthetics training with Dr. John Cranham.

    Dr. Haley graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) designation from the University of Western Ontario. Originally from Sarnia, Dr. Haley and his family now reside in the Waterloo region.

  • Dr. David D’Silva

    General Dentist

    Dr. D’Silva joined our team in 2017. He attended Forest Heights Collegiate Institute, followed by his undergraduate studies at the University of Waterloo. He then moved to London, Ontario where he graduated from the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2013.

    He enjoys practicing dentistry, and is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, Ontario Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentists. Dr. D’Silva also offers treatment with nitrous sedation.

    While away from dentistry, Dr. D’Silva enjoys being active in the community, getting involved in intramural sports, and spending time with his family.
